Lead Facilitator, Tolerance Project, Law Enforcement

The Museum of Tolerance (MOT) seeks a Full-Time Facilitator (FTF) for Tools for Tolerance® – Law Enforcement to serve as the day-of lead for program delivery and the primary point of contact for external consultant facilitators. 

The FTF ensures that all law enforcement programs are implemented with fidelity to MOT EDU’s pedagogy and meet California POST (Peace Officer Standards and Training) requirements. They are responsible for making sure agendas, slide decks, and facilitation are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with partner goals. 

In addition to delivery, the FTF leads external facilitator development by mentoring, calibrating, and observing facilitators; designing mini PD sessions; and helping surface professional development needs to the Assistant Director and Senior Director. The FTF also works closely with the Program Manager to ensure agency partner satisfaction and to proactively identify opportunities for follow-up and further engagement. 

This role requires both strong facilitation skills and a deep understanding of museum education best practices, adult experiential learning, and law enforcement training standards.
