Association Administrator
The Association Administrator of the Bay Area Electric Railroad Association, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, has the oversight and management of the strategic direction of the Association, assures that the organization’s mission and vision is achieved, and fosters cooperative working relationships with its members, visitors, the community, and government officials. Reporting to the Association’s Board of Directors, important duties include, but are not limited to, fundraising strategy, fiscal management, community outreach, program development, governance, and strategic planning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and represent BAERA in the community
- Manage finances, fundraising and capital campaigns
- Guide strategic planning and governance
- Foster member, volunteer, and community engagement
- Oversee HR policies, staff development and risk management
