Using Oakland Museum of California as a case study, this session will provide attendees a hands-on opportunity to assess the role of their organization’s budget process in supporting an antiracist workplace culture. Participants will leave with customized actionable steps to start or strengthen their museum’s journey toward a more inclusive, transparent, and values-aligned budget process.
