SF State Museum Studies

About

The Museum Studies Program is unique to SF State, and the only one of its kind in a public university within the state of California. The program offers a Master of Arts degree and an undergraduate minor. The interdisciplinary curriculum emphasizes universal skills, social justice and public service to maximize career pathways, and students gain real-world experience with cultural heritage collections in the program's teaching museum, the Global Museum.
